Terra Anvil (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at terraanvil.net and related community features (events/RSVPs, accounts, email support).
What we collect & why
- Account details: username, email, display name, and preferences — to create/manage your account and authenticate you.
- RSVP / event submissions: name, email, and any fields you provide — to register you, send confirmations/updates, and manage capacity.
- Emails you send us: messages to addresses like
admin@terraanvil.net— to respond and support you. - Technical & security logs: IP address, user agent, pages/events, error logs — to secure the site, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
- Cookies: essential login/session cookies and preferences. We do not use ad tracking. (If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first.)
How we send email
We deliver email through our provider SMTP2GO. Outgoing mail (e.g., password resets, RSVP confirmations) routes via their infrastructure. Inbound mail to @terraanvil.net is handled on our own mail server. We do not sell your data.

We process data under: contract (to provide the site/services you request), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, running the site), consent (when you opt into specific communications), and legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (e.g., hosting on our VPS provider, email delivery via SMTP2GO) under appropriate safeguards and agreements.
