TERMS OF USE — Terra Anvil

1) Who We Are
Terra Anvil (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a volunteer, non-profit, tabletop role-playing game club. Website: https://terraanvil.net. Contact: admin@terraanvil.net.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 13+ to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and your profile info accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct.

3) Membership Is Free; Club Rules
Membership is currently free. We may change features or benefits at any time. You agree to follow our Code of Conduct: https://terraanvil.net/ttrpg-coc.

4) RSVPs, Waitlists & No-Shows
RSVPs reserve one seat per member. Cancel if you can’t attend so waitlisted members can join. Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may affect your RSVP privileges.

5) Online Play (VTT) & Third-Party Services
We use services like Discord, YouTube, and virtual tabletops (e.g., Roll20/Foundry/Owlbear). Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for outages, data practices, or content on third-party services.

6) Recording & Streaming
Recording (audio/video/screenshare) is not allowed unless the GM and all players consent in advance. If you consent to a recorded session, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that recording to promote the club. You can withdraw consent for future sessions at any time.

7) In-Person Events — Assumption of Risk (if applicable)
By attending in-person events, you accept ordinary risks of group activities and agree to act safely and respectfully. Do not attend if you are ill or contagious.

8) Your Content & Our Content
You retain rights to content you post; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our site/Discord. Our site content, logo, and brand assets are owned by us; please ask before reusing.

9) DMCA / Takedowns
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email admin@terraanvil.net with: (a) your contact info; (b) the work claimed infringed; (c) the URL of the material; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate; and (e) your signature.

10) Privacy & Cookies
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. See also our Cookie Policy.

11) Disclaimers & Liability
This site and events are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site/services or third-party platforms.

12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, United States. Courts in Montana, United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
